Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Here at BTV, we pride ourselves on selling high quality products that are in good condition.

All vintage items have been handpicked, curated. and have been “preloved”. Please check item descriptions and pictures for any flaws in condition. If there is any issues with the condition of an item, please contact us and we are glad to help.
